A tactile drum show at the prodigal Espresso News in Boone, NC
Ryan Oslance of Asheville band Ahleuchatistas worked his way into Boone for a spell and laid down some gritty, tactile, and surly yet kind crunch of drummage in the fall of 2012 at Espresso News, our local late night coffee shop and beer / wine venue. Not the typical show, Ryan played beats, rattles, sheets, and spatterings on his drum set that epitomized some sort of wanton desire to play baseball in a china shop.
